Following that, PM THERESA May made her way to the Conservative Party Conference where she announced her intention to move all Brussels laws and regulations onto the British statute books before the country leaves the European Union, paving the way for the return of parliamentary sovereignty.

The Prime Minister used her speech to the Tory party conference to announce the repealing of the 1972 European Communities Act, which is the current vehicle by which EU laws are implemented in the UK. 

As part of the process she will transfer all current Brussels laws and regulations onto parliament's statute books instead, with MPs set to spend the next few decades going through them one by one and deciding which ones they do and do not want to keep.

The announcement is the new PM's first firm commitment on #Brexit since moving into No 10 in July, and gives an insight into how she plans to go about handling the monumentally complex process of severing ties with Brussels.

There have been reports of cracks between the PM’s top team, with foreign secretary Mr Johnson breaking rank over when #Article50 will be triggered and Dr Fox gunning for a hard #Brexit

The #Brexit secretary Mr Davis, who will lead the negotiations with Brussels explained the decision to bring EU laws onto the British statute books during his speech to the party faithful. 

He said: “As we prepare for those negotiations in Europe, we also need to prepare for the impact of #Brexit on domestic law. 

“It’s very simple. At the moment we leave, Britain must be back in control. And that means EU law must cease to apply.

“To ensure continuity, we will take a simple approach. EU law will be transposed into domestic law, wherever practical, on exit day. It will be for elected politicians here to make the changes to reflect the outcome of our negotiation and our exit. 

“That is what people voted for - power and authority residing once again with the sovereign institutions of our own country.”

100 days since the EU referendum the UK's ruling government opened it's conference. The Prime Minister Theresa May gave an opening speech which in no uncertain terms laid out the initial foundations for the timetable for leaving the European Union, despite the constant moaning from the Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron, who, including himself have just eight members of Parliament.

LIBERAL Democrat leader Tim Farron was blasted as an "irrelevant nonentity" today after controversially calling #Brexit voters "fundamentalists".

The diminutive party chief was reminded he only has eight MPs in parliament as people mocked him over the remarks he penned for a divisive opinion piece. 

Mr Farron argued that the Government has been "taken hostage by #Brexit fundamentalists" and repeated his vow to keep Britain in the EU. 

The bitter remarks came as his party bombed in the polls, with just 8% of the public planning to back them at the next election. 

And one exasperated Leave supporter implored: "At what point will you stop moaning about #Brexit? Tomorrow, next week, next year, next decade?"...

The PM tried to end infighting on day one of the Conservative Party Conference by unveiling a Great Repeal Bill and announcing #Article50 will be triggered around May 2017. 

In a rare first-day speech to delegates she attacked MPs who want to vote on #Brexit in Parliament as "insulting the intelligence of the British people".

Although PM Theresa May stated that #Article50 will be triggered by the end of March 2017, there is talk that it could be as soon as January 2017 and the repeal of the European Communities Act 1972 will be announced in the Queens Speech around May 2017. 

She certainly put the 'second referendum' possibility, floated by sour faced #remoaners to bed and slammed those who would try to stand in the way of democracy.

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson spoke to conference shortly afterwards, outlining difficulties with foreign governments over the Syrian civil war and also criticised the European Union over its dithering on the banning of the ivory trade, while saying ironically the name of one EU Presidents name is Donald Tusk;

Meanwhile, Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond speaks at conference on 03 October, starting a new dawn on fiscal policy and at the same time acknowledged the will of the public who voted overwhelming to leave the European Union. He is effectively resetting the economic agenda, as we are in a different place now to where we were in the doom-monger George Gideon 'Osborne' and pre-referendum years.

Reports on Tuesday evening 04 October reveal that Britain will NOT grovel to Brussels: Theresa May vow UK will not play 'supplicant' to EU.

BRITAIN will not grovel to Brussels during the negotiations for an EU exit deal, Theresa May vowed today.

In a steely warning to EU chiefs, the Prime Ministerinsisted the UK will not play the role of "supplicant" begging for preferential trade links with the European bloc when #Brexit talks start in earnest next spring. 

And she repeated her promise that the Government will not compromise with the EU on the issue of regaining full border controls. 

Mrs May sent her warning shot to Brussels during a round of broadcast interviews in Birmingham on the penultimate day of the Tory conference. 

She is expected to resume her diplomatic discussions with her European counterparts about Britain's withdrawal from the EU in the coming weeks.

In a BBC interview she rejected calls from supporters of a so-called "soft #Brexit" for Britain to give ground to Brussels over immigration. 

She told the BBC Radio 4 Today programme: "A lot of people talk in a way which suggests that we should be approaching this as, sort of, saying 'Well, we've been members of the EU; when we come out, what bits of membership can we keep?' 

"Actually, I think we need to have a different approach, which is when we come out of the European Union we will be an independent, sovereign, county - what relationship do we want with the EU? 

"It is a welcome sign that the Prime Minister, Theresa May is focusing on 'patriotism' and winning over supporters of the disillusioned Labour party under Comrade Corbyn’s watch by seizing the middle ground of UK politics, whilst stamping her authority on the bureaucrats in Brussels"

THE UK VOTED TO LEAVE THE EUROPEAN UNION

23 June 2016 - 17,410,742 people voted LEAVE!

On 23 June 2016, the United Kingdom voted in a referendum on remaining a member of the European Union. 

The following video is full coverage of the results and how the night unfolded once the polling stations closed at 22:00hrs - The referendum resulted in the largest turnout in UK electoral history and around two million people voted for the first time, some for many years and some for the first time, as people rushed to register to vote before the deadline. The video is 10hr 59m 51s in length and the BBC calls 'Leave' as the winner at 06:40:05 and the formal announcement of the result is at 09:21:30.

It has been almost three months since the EU referendum and I must apologise for not updating my blog for some time as I have had so much in everyday life going on but I guess that to a huge extent, the euphoria surrounding the United Kingdoms 'historic' decision 'overwhelmingly' to leave the bureaucratic European Union left me profoundly elated and it proved that we could destroy the #ProjectFear tactics that I'm pleased to say, resulted in the dramatic downfall of former Prime Minister David Cameron and his Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne who tried to sway us, the voters to remain within the EU.

Theresa May's first comments on becoming PM

The result did not only result in a new Conservative government but also resulted in a crisis within the Labour Party, resulting in a challenge to current leader Jeremy Corbyn by staunch 'Remoaner' Owen Smith. As news reports that the UK Parliament will debate that nonsense petition made up by bitter 'REMOANERS' (with fake signatories) to hold a second referendum, they must step back and remember that Democracy is Democracy and I would have, albeit with a heavy heart, accepted the vote even if it had unfortunately went the other way... to stay! The debate has since taken place but it has been made clear both before the referendum and after, that there would be NO second referendum. 

So just why are 'Europhiles' aka 'Traitors' like Eddie Izzard, Richard Branson, Bob Geldof, Peter Tatchell and others so adamant that this isn't democracy?

I believe that they are deluded over the difference between the EU and Europe. The EU is an establishment in Brussels full of unelected bureaucrats that drains billions every year of cash from the UK public purse, dictates our laws, rules and regulations, erodes our sovereignty while forcing the UK to allow the free movement of people, which is becoming a nightmare as mass migration from the Middle East and the African continent continues.

Simple advice - Have faith in the strength of power and influence that the United Kingdom has on the global stage! We ARE much stronger and influential than one may think.

Of course not. Even now the very people who spread fear admit that they got it wrong, including George Osborne, who I am pleased PM Theresa May sacked immediately upon entering No.10!

It was all a part of a project to pump fear into the public in the hope that the UK would remain in the European Union. The plan didn’t work and initially, after the referendum, markets became volatile and there was much uncertainty due to the lies we had been told by people in public office.

However, during August, manufacturing rose at its highest rate in around 20 years, we have seen huge drops in unemployment, exports have increased due to a weaker pound and interest rates at 0.5%, the first time in the history of the Bank of England. Also consumer confidence is at a high.

Cameron is now political toast after going on to resign, not only as PM but after the Summer recess of Parliament, resigned as a Member of Parliament.

Let's hope George Osborne, Mark Carney and Christine Lagarde are history soon. They abused their positions in public office as well as public funds for which they should be prosecuted.

We need to see what the new Prime Minister, Theresa May does to lead us out of the EU as soon as possible. I do believe she must deliver on the wishes of the public. One can NOT ignore the democratic process and the Electoral Commission rules and regulations.

Although Theresa May was loyal to former Prime Minister David Cameron by backing the stay campaign but without campaigning for it, I gather she simply went along with the government’s policy and in the ballot box probably voted to leave the European Union.

As we who passionately wanted and voted to leave the EU won by a truly magnificent majority and within UK Electoral Commission rules and regulations, the domino or contagion effect is not only spreading throughout Europe but it is now having an impact on the United States of America with states like California #Calexit and Texas #Texit or #Texodus wanting a referendum on remaining a part of the Washington dominated USA.

Washington DC bureaucratics drain more USD from every US citizen and State than they get back - just like the EU does with its member states.

Now it's plain to see why President Obama was an advocate of a Stronger IN result and even travelled to the UK to tell us how to vote. Can one imagine the United States of America being dictated to? I think not.

As America celebrated its 240th anniversary of independence from Britain on 4 July, Texas' and California's campaigns to secede from the US have been given a kiss of life. But are they really ready to follow #Brexit and revive their bids to break away from Washington?

We all, as humans have a right to FREEDOM.

It's becoming the Wests worst nightmare, we've had an Arab Spring, now we are possibly witnessing a #WesternSummer (However, a Western Summer is and should be civilised, non-violent and done in accordance with the democratic process). Violence is NEVER the answer. We get what we want through the ballot box as we did in the UK. 

We are all human regardless of what or who we are and we all deserve our say on freedom, independence, self governance in accordance with the rule of law.

It infuriates me that this IN/OUT referendum result has not yet moved us one millimetre from the corrupted EU establishment in Brussels with suggestions that we might not start formal divorce proceedings until the end of 2016 or early 2017.

#Article50 should have been invoked immediately, no ifs, no buts, no dithering and no fudging.

Cameron proved himself to be a pathetic loser, just like the other 16.1m Europhiles (Most of which were frightened by #ProjectFear). I dare say if we had not been told so many lies by the remain campaign, there would have been an even greater vote to leave than we witnessed.

Markets as I said are recovering and tourism boosted by a stronger $ and even companies such as BAE have seen orders and investments increase dramatically as the world scrambles to trade with us. Just proves what garbage we were told prior to the EU referendum.

We WILL hold Theresa May MP to account as she takes over as Prime Minister of our GREAT nation of nations, (with a new government department for Exiting the European Union). If she betrays the will of the UK public and fudges our exit from the EU. Should democracy not be carried out in the lawful manner, then the country seriously risks slipping into civil unrest and no one who voted to LEAVE the EU seriously wants that.

We voted for freedom, restoration of our sovereignty, strengthening of our borders, global trade, investment in our economy and so much more.

Europhiles were constantly aggressive and inserted #ProjectFear tactics wherever possible and asserted themselves in a disgraceful and often disgusting manner, even trying to gain momentum from the brutal murder of English MP Jo Cox from Yorkshire, which had nothing to do with the EU Referendum whatsoever. Even former Labour leader Neil Kinnock's son, Stephen Kinnock MP blamed a UK Independence Party poster regarding immigration, that was released the day before her murder as somewhat being responsible. Delusion obviously is hereditary, in this instance. 

WE can hold our heads up higher than high.

It is us that saved our country from the bureaucratic EU dominated by Angela Merkel's Germany and we will never stop until we LEAVE.

WE believe in our country and showed respect for our ancestors who died during WWI and WWII so that we could be free from dictatorship and uphold our sovereignty. 

Europhiles don't and tried repeatedly in slapping us down during the campaigning. They ARE traitors.

Let's see what the new cabinet does to comply with the public vote, post Cameron’s Government and do all we can to ensure the outcome of the referendum and rule of democracy prevails.

The Prime Minister Theresa May does 'NOT' need a House of Commons vote in order to invoke #Article50 of the Lisbon Treaty or any vote on negotiations with the EU. 

Do we have a House of Commons vote after a General Election to change the decision of the electorate?  No... Despite low turnouts of less than 40% in many regions. This is why the media are trying to still cling on to #ProjectFear because they know too well what DEMOCRACY is and in the EU referendum it didn't go the way many expected.

A referendum cannot be re-run and the will of the public who voted overwhelming to leave the European Union cannot be overruled - remember that this referendum has had the highest turnout of voters, in places 79% and has also attracted people who have never previously voted!

Did we have a second referendum in the 1970's after joining the EEC? Exactly!

I imagine that to make any attempt to change the will of the public would, as I said probably cause severe civil unrest. Again it was an IN/OUT Referendum, no inbetween sections or sugar coating policy or rules and regulations. 

I dare say, even if that failed attempt for a re-run was possible, more people would #VoteLeave as we now know there is NO recession, NO WWIII, NO emergency budget etc, etc... We WERE lied to by the very people we entrusted to run our country. 

It's simple. The campaign to leave the EU won and the remain campaign assume it can be reversed.

It's a simple case of 'Bad Losers'.

Cameron aka #DodgyDave and Gideon aka #FlipFlopGeorge Osborne are now toast and we have entered into a new era of politics. 

Having said all of that, our new Prime Minister Theresa May MUST invoke #Article50 as soon as possible and I imagine if she dithers, the European Union could possibly enforce #Article50 upon us.

UK Leave EU Campaign - Tuesday 17 May 2016 Update

Apologies for the delay in this entry, daily life often prevents us from catching up with everything properly, so I'm going to try and do a short but constructed entry of events since the last post. Then hopefully I can add to this blog on a much more regular basis, including news items, videos, speeches etc...

The official Start date and media campaign has begun and the scare tactics from the remain campaign have become more ridiculous daily.

The official start date of campaigning for an IN or OUT referendum on the EU started on Friday 15th April 2016.

So lets start off with this excellent video from Vote Leave - It is Common Sense, no fudge, spin or lies;

It was an obvious opportunity to play down the UK’s finances and project economic matters for the next 14 years from a Chancellor of the Exchequer, who incidentally cannot predict the economic situation of the country from one year to the next - Remember the u-turns on tax credits and cutting £30 weekly to the sick an disabled which resulted in the resignation from cabinet of Work and Pensions Secretary, Iain Duncan Smith, (former Conservative Party Leader).

I really cant remember a week consumed so much by negativity and obscene mathematical equations to predict 14 years into the future - advising the typical family that they would be £4,300.00 per year worse off until 2030 if we were to leave the European Union which incidentally the fact is that we will all be better off financially on a vote to leave the EU.

The scare tactics were not just limited to that.

We were told that Northern Ireland’s peace process would crumble and cause friction between the various factions in Ireland, when realistically, there shouldn’t be much if any impact on Northern Ireland politics and lets face up to reality, since the Good Friday agreement, there have been elements within the community that have had the intention of derailing this peace process.  Well, it is my opinion that things would not change. Northern Ireland is now a country with hope, investment and prosperity, nobody is going to risk going back to the old days of dealing with problems via the bullet. David Cameron aka #DodgyDave has had his crystal ball out and predicted apocalypse in Europe in the form of World War III and also has foreseen North Korea suddenly becoming a Nuclear Super state. I’m actually surprised that men in white coats have not dragged this deluded excuse for a PM away by now and had him sectioned under the Mental Health Act 1983.

The upcoming referendum on the United Kingdoms continued membership of the European Union since being announced by the Prime Minister, David Cameron as being on Thursday 23 June 2016 has gathered much momentum, all around the world in the media, TV, social media networks and online communities.

We have all seen the scare tactics and goodness me, they have been extremely targeted and precise. Fortunately though, the UK public are not fools and do not like being told what to do, let alone be subjected to such negativity.

If David Cameron and other ‘Inners’ are so passionate about their cause, why not try promoting what they see as benefits in a responsible manner but no, they have got to go into scaremongering mode - Is this really the only way they have of promoting the EU?

Tory Revolt Planned against Cameron regardless of Result.

Largely from my own experiences as an active Leave EU campaigner, my dedicated web address being UK  Leave EU Campaign and recently opened Twitter account @EnglishBriton as well as my online community UK Leave EU Campaign  on Google Plus.

Since opening my new Twitter account on Sunday 6th March 2016, my followers are currently 540 and counting.

I was completely amazed that the UK Government had decided to squander £9.3m on pro-EU booklets, sent to 27 million addresses in the UK. Personally  I have not received mine, if like me you have not received this rubbish through your door but are curious of its contents, I have a downloadable PDF version here: Government Propaganda Leaflet

£9.3M Leaflets, printed in GERMANY of all places, Cameron could not even give the printing job to a British company - Many returned their glossy booklet/leaflets to David Cameron at either Downing Street or the Conservative Party HQ.

The support online, especially on Twitter is absolutely phenomenal and has really surprised me and invigorated a passion in me to make this once in a lifetime referendum count and for the United Kingdom to regain its sovereignty from a German dominated United States of Europe, basically, the structure of the EU is somewhat like an Empire.

Even in the House of Commons, in Parliament, David Cameron was mocked by such a waste of public finances by MP’s, including Dennis Skinner who was ejected from the chamber for referring to Cameron as #DodgyDave

Vote Leave  have been named by the Electoral Commission, much to my disappointment as I was hoping for Leave.EU however, I am happy that we can all work together in creating the necessary awareness in creating our shared goal of leaving the European Union. We are stronger speaking with one voice and getting our message across to as many people as possible and with facts and not fudge or scare tactics like the Remain Campaign do ever so increasingly on a daily basis.

Stronger IN was designated as the official campaign team for a stay vote, No surprises there.

Speeches have been given for both campaigns but positive speeches from the leave campaign, wheras the stay campaign have continued with their threat of doomsday should we vote to leave, which is completely unsubstantiated.

For those of you who think we would be better off IN the EU... really should learn the facts rather than being sheep to Cameron's spin and manipulation.

The official start of campaigning also exposed the biased attitude of BBC news and SKY news as they showed full, unedited speeches for the IN campaign, whilst cutting short or butting in to interviews or speeches for the leave campaign. It is plainly obvious that the mainstream UK media is very biased, especially so in the TV media sector.

President Obama has had the nerve to visit the United Kingdom and stress that American soldiers lost their lives in the second world war and try to make us feel like we have some kind of moral obligation or debt owing to America to remain a part of the EU.

He even threatened the UK with being at the back of the queue of any trade dealing with the US, which basically was in itself a scare-tactic;

Just think for one second, how long it took America to enter the war and consider the losses that they suffered in comparison. So basically, President Obama has little respect for the UK's war dead and for all of the prisoners of Nazi Germany who suffered and died under the most heinous of circumstances.

The nonsense caused by Boris Johnson referring to Obama's stance due to his Kenyan root's WAS NOT in any way racist and only was in reference to the British Empire and it's colonial past, which included Kenya, infact they are still members of the 53 Commonwealth nations but in the colonial days, when slavery was at its height, this is all Boris referred to, that because of Obama’s ancestral root's to Kenya, he may have some resentment or bitterness toward the United Kingdom. 

Simply he wants us to remain in the EU as it makes it closer (as a steeping stone) for America to meddle in others affairs and to think he used Her Majesty the Queens 90th birthday in order to achieve this, in my opinion is absolutely disgusting and he should have stayed away. Even Republican Presidential hopeful Donald Trump has been very critical of Obama’s intervention.

If he wants to be so integrated with the EU, why does America not apply for EU membership? The American public would never allow it, the EU would have them scrap the second amendment of the constitution - the right to bear arms. They would also enforce a complete ban on the death penalty amongst many other ridiculous laws, rules and regulations which the UK’s politicians just signed up to no problem…

The US share their sovereignty with no other country and they never will, so Obama trying to sway the UK public into a particular way of voting, is simply assuming that the UK public are stupid.

As another example, the UK steel industry needs investment and EU law states that the Government cannot help or part nationalise the industry. Why on earth should the EU dictate to us how or who we bail out when it concerns the future industry and prospects of the United Kingdom and its infrastructure.
